Thank goodness for Creffield Lodge. I was in a great deal of pain from an infected tooth over the weekend. Called on Sunday morning and an hour and a half later i was having root canal done ! I have a massive life long phobia of the Dentists. However prompted by an upcoming wedding, I braved taking advantage of the special offer for new patients I saw advertised on Facebook recently. I am so glad I did - not only did Rob and his team make me feel safe and in control from the outset, I was also very impressed with the reception team who were kind, approachable and professional. They made me feel welcome, informed and relaxed from the moment i arrived.The reception area is clean comfy and stylish with plenty of seating options.There is limited parking outside but I have been able to find a space on both visits so far and it is just a short walk from the number 52 bus stop, or a little longer one from town.So far, for the first time in a long time, I feel positive about the future of my dental health. So thank you crefield Lodge I have and will highly recommended you to all who would listen.

I have unfortunately had to visit the practice several times in the last couple months having neglected my dental health the last few years. Rob was welcoming from the outset and explained clearly what needed to be done to hopefully get me back in a better place dental wise. All staff from from front of house, nursing and the dentist have made this as welcoming and as straightforward as possible for me for which I am very grateful. Would highly recommend the practice to everyone. Hopefully see you in six months for a routine check!

Not everyone likes to go to the Dentist, but I can honestly say Creffield Lodge will put you at ease on arrival. I felt very well looked after.Dr Coster explained the procedure and got to work quickly to alleviate my pain as soon as possible. I must say his colleague Marie is a gem - her great sense of humour triggered my first laugh in 4 days of suffering and I really needed that.Affording private treatment isn't easy for me but I felt it was money well spent. A patient for over 40 years, originally with James Mehta and now Jack Acorn, this in itself speaks volumes about the practice. It has a lovely family feel, team members who always recognise and welcome me, and whilst I am fortunate to only go bi-annually for check-ups and hygienist appointments, I always feel Jack gives my teeth and mouth a thorough check. I know if there was ever an emergency requiring treatment, I would get seen quickly, which is very reassuring. The reception team, dental nurses and hygienists are a great asset to the practice, kind and friendly, plus easy parking outside and adjoining roads. Currently undergoing refurbishment which will transform the practice even further.

I went for a checkup with Dr Jack Acorn, and the experience was one of the utmost professional and relaxing experiences I have had at a dental surgery. I had an amazing experience. I called in this morning and had an emergency appointment booked in for 4 hours later where I got my wisdom tooth removed. I have spent lots of money on trying to save my teeth and I might of well thrown my money away. I was recommended creffield dentist and I’m so pleased I went. I had a consultation and it wasn’t cheap but not overpriced for the amount of work I’ve needed. I listened to the dentist and put my trust in his expertise. Jack is a brilliant dentist. I feel safe in his care regarding my teeth and gums and bones. I felt I really got my monies worth and had a very thorough examination of my teeth and mouth. He's a charming person too! I thought James Metha would be very hard to replace as he was superbrilliant too but Jack is definitely on a par! And both big Laura and Bradley (who I have been to), the hygienists are fabulous and thorough and gentle. So it's a thumbs up from me!

However on my first check up with him I explained about how painful the left side of my jaw had been for quite sometime, to the point I couldn’t concentrate. The contact with Dr Acorn was very pleasant. He has excellent staff with him too.However, I was not so happy being asked to sit on "the landing".It obviously helped with the efficiency of the process, but it is not a comfortable place to wait while contemplating about meeting your dentist.There were no distractions such as there are in the waiting room. I also felt unhappy about sitting beside a low bannister looking down over the stairs. A risk assessment might address my concerns.I would be quite happy to enter the dental surgery unescorted. That's what happens at my doctor's surgery. No problem.I look forward to hearing a response.

Well looked after by Jack and all his dedicated staff very Happy.Crown fitted today amazing job, Jack also fine tuned the height of the new crown to get a super feel and Bite, I also met Rob and was very impressed by both him and Jack.

Jack and his team were polite, friendly and excellent in all stages of my dental experience. I received orthodontic treatment which lasted for over 3 years. Jack was fabulous with his knowledge and treatment. I now have aligned teeth with a great bite. The changes have assisted my wellbeing, looks great and I now have better sleep. All treatment was cost effective and to a high standard. I highly recommend Creffield Lodge.

I have been a patient at this practice for several years. My experience has always been very positive. The practice has a relaxed atmosphere. It is well organised, is clean and tidy and is run by a dedicated team. Appointments are kept to time and staff are friendly, efficient, polite and always willing to help.

I was nervous about meeting the new Dentist, but those nerves went away as soon as I entered the room. Jack is a really we'll mannered, friendly and calm person who clearly knows his stuff. The staff at Creffield are always friendly too. Can't recommend this Dental Practice enough!

Amazing visit with Rob and his lovely dental nurse, Marie today. They always look after my very anxious Mum so well. Tooth extraction was very straightforward today, fully explained every step of the way. Mum has remained very calm and is in no way dreading future visits, which says it all... Outstanding! Always a pleasure and thank you Clare for your kind words at reception. Much appreciated.
