PRACTICE PLAN

How Does It Work?

Our plan starts at £15 a month, but your monthly payment is based on your oral health and the care and treatment our practice expects to provide you in the next 12 months. Most patients are in the £15-£30 bracket. This will include all of the treatments:

Dental Checkups
Oral healthcare advice
Preventative therapy and counselling
Radiographs (X-rays)
Restoration (Fillings)
Root Canal Treatment
Scaling, polishing and other hygiene treatments
Extractions
Periodontal (gum treatment) and surgical treatment
Maintenance of prostheses and crowns, bridges and dentures.

All you will need is your free consultation with our treatment coordinators, who will give you an estimate of how much you will be paying per month. This is just a quote so you have an idea of how much it will cost.

Once that’s done, and you are happy with your estimate, we will book you in with one of our dentists for a final exam, where you will get your final monthly quote, and they will also go over any treatment you may need prior to starting the payment plan. This is a £60 appointment.

Our practice will then set up monthly payments based on your individual needs once all the treatment you may need prior to starting the plan has been taken care of. Then, you will be on our plan!

I have a massive life long phobia of the Dentists. However prompted by an upcoming wedding, I braved taking advantage of the special offer for new patients I saw advertised on Facebook recently. I am so glad I did - not only did Rob and his team make me feel safe and in control from the outset, I was also very impressed with the reception team who were kind, approachable and professional. They made me feel welcome, informed and relaxed from the moment i arrived.The reception area is clean comfy and stylish with plenty of seating options.There is limited parking outside but I have been able to find a space on both visits so far and it is just a short walk from the number 52 bus stop, or a little longer one from town.So far, for the first time in a long time, I feel positive about the future of my dental health. It has a lovely family feel, team members who always recognise and welcome me, and whilst I am fortunate to only go bi-annually for check-ups and hygienist appointments, I always feel Jack gives my teeth and mouth a thorough check. I know if there was ever an emergency requiring treatment, I would get seen quickly, which is very reassuring. The reception team, dental nurses and hygienists are a great asset to the practice, kind and friendly, plus easy parking outside and adjoining roads. The contact with Dr Acorn was very pleasant. I also felt unhappy about sitting beside a low bannister looking down over the stairs. A risk assessment might address my concerns.I would be quite happy to enter the dental surgery unescorted. That's what happens at my doctor's surgery. No problem.I look forward to hearing a response.

Visited today after being really anxious about going to the dentist.From the minute I plucked up the courage to make the appointment to going to the appointment I have had a lovely experience. Always anxious about visiting the dentist and especially as I hadn’t been for 2 years. Reception staff were welcoming as always greeting me by name. First appointment with Dr Jack Acorn. He was polite, professional and reassuring as was the dental nurse and I apologise for forgetting her name.I’ll never be happy going to the dentist but because it is necessary I’m happy to go to Creffield Lodge.

They are really so good specially a Doctor Jack ,first time when I came and seat on chair i was so stress and scared, he help me from then pain he explained to me what to do after my taken of out 3 teeth, i strongly recommended. Thank you to Jack and nurses they are so friendly and helpful.

My first visit after a recommendation was for a new patient examination with Jack. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, made to feel at ease and welcome. Definitely no need to feel nervous. Have already made another appointment and will definitely recommend this practice.

No one likes going to the dentist but Creffield Lodge go out of their way to make it the best it can be. From the receptionists, to the dental nurses, and, particularly, my dentist, Rob, everyone is cheerful, welcoming, and professional. Laura, the hygienist, and her team, were gentle but vigorous. Very good service and expertise recommended, been with them 40plus years. Jack has done a tricky root canal for me and showed me the x-rays and explained everything in my second visit today, having it capped off with a crown in the new year. Well looked after by Jack and all his dedicated staff very Happy.Crown fitted today amazing job, Jack also fine tuned the height of the new crown to get a super feel and Bite, I also met Rob and was very impressed by both him and Jack.

Jack and his team were polite, friendly and excellent in all stages of my dental experience. I received orthodontic treatment which lasted for over 3 years. Jack was fabulous with his knowledge and treatment. I now have aligned teeth with a great bite. The changes have assisted my wellbeing, looks great and I now have better sleep. All treatment was cost effective and to a high standard. I highly recommend Creffield Lodge.

I was nervous about meeting the new Dentist, but those nerves went away as soon as I entered the room. Jack is a really we'll mannered, friendly and calm person who clearly knows his stuff. The staff at Creffield are always friendly too. Can't recommend this Dental Practice enough!

Amazing visit with Rob and his lovely dental nurse, Marie today. They always look after my very anxious Mum so well. Tooth extraction was very straightforward today, fully explained every step of the way. Mum has remained very calm and is in no way dreading future visits, which says it all... Outstanding! Always a pleasure and thank you Clare for your kind words at reception. Much appreciated.
